I enjoy fish and seafood, but I'm not a huge meat eater. Recently, however, I learned that I need to be gluten-free and since then, as I try to figure out what to eat, I've been eating more chicken and even some pork and beef now and then.
I like to write about food, drink, cooking, recipes, and sometimes local restaurants. Some of it is vegetarian stuff, and now, more of it will be gluten-free. But it's not necessarily about healthy eating. That's important, but for me, it's secondary to taking pleasure in great food.
