Our house is our very first training ground. With that said, mother and father are the primary lecturers and instructors of their children. You may not remember, but your mother and father are those who taught you the best way to stand up, walk and even dance. You?re in a position to utter your first phrases like ma-ma and da-da because you imitated the sounds your mother and father make whenever they talk. That is why each time a child accomplishes one thing like spelling his name or learning the best way to bike, mother and father are just so proud.
Traditional College Programs Vs Christian Homeschooling Curriculum At present, teaching programs range from tradition classroom curriculum to homeschooling programs. In conventional education setting, students share the identical classroom, teacher and topic matter. Additionally there are school?s rules, the place students are subjected to follow. Homeschooling education, alternatively is extra flexible than conventional setting. It truly permits a child to study at his or her personal pace. As mentioned earlier, mother and father do have a significant role in a child?s education. Actually, since youngsters cannot nonetheless make determination for themselves, their mother and father are ones who determine what?s best for them. Selecting the best teaching programs for their youngsters is without doubt one of the high priorities of parents. Christian Homeschooling Christians imagine that homeschooling is a biblical type of education. Within the bible, God even addresses mother and father as the primary educators of their very own children. Beneath are verses that present God?s instructions to oldsters with reference to homeschooling education. Deuteronomy 6:6-7 ?And these phrases which I command you at this time shall be in your heart. You shall educate them diligently to your youngsters, and shall talk of them when you sit in your own home, when you walk by the best way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.? Proverbs 22:6 ? ?Train up a child in the best way he ought to go, and when he?s outdated he won?t depart from it.? These two verses clearly state the significance of oldsters? guidance and assist as to their youngsters?s education. Homeschooling Excessive College Youngster Below a homeschooling education system, youngsters are taught at home both by their mother and father or home instructors. These days, several institutions are providing homeschooling high school education to youngsters who want to proceed and develop their learning skills but are unable to get to common school. At present, everyone can have access to a standardized and sensible education. The Keystone Excessive College, iQ Academy, Ok 12, Calvert College are among the education institutions that supply on-line homeschooling high school education.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) ? When Mark Sanford walked out of the governor's mansion in 2011, he had been censured by the Legislature over state travel expenses he used for an affair with an Argentine woman, had paid the largest ethics fine ever in South Carolina and faced a voting public that had become disillusioned with the one-time rising star.
His conservative fiscal credentials were still intact though, and now the 52-year-old Republican is seriously weighing a bid for the congressional seat he once held. The opening comes because 1st District Rep. Tim Scott was appointed to fill the remaining two years of Sen. Jim DeMint's seat. DeMint announced earlier this month he was resigning and Scott is expected to be vacating his congressional seat on Jan. 2.
Acknowledging reports that he will try to re-enter politics, the two-term governor wrote in an email to The Associated Press late Saturday: "To answer your question, yes the accounts are accurate." Sanford promised "further conversation on all this" later.
The two-term governor was seen as a possible ultraconservative contender for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.
That was before he vanished from the state for five days in 2009. Reporters were told he was hiking the Appalachian Trail, but he later tearfully acknowledged he was visiting Maria Belen Chapur, which he told everyone at news conference announcing his affair. He later called her his soul mate in an interview with AP and the two were engaged earlier this year.
And to add to possible political intrigue in the race, Sanford's ex-wife and former campaign adviser, Jenny, also appears to be dipping her toe into the state's political water.
She was on Gov. Nikki Haley's short list of candidates to fill the DeMint seat that went to Scott. Jenny Sanford later said she would think about a run for Scott's seat in the coastal 1st District.
"I'd be crazy not to look at the race a little bit," she said Tuesday, before reports about Mark Sanford surfaced.
State Republicans said Scott's resignation will trigger candidate filing and primaries leading up to a special election in May.
Scott, in an interview airing Sunday on CBS' "Face the Nation," said he thinks there may be 25 or 30 candidates running for the seat.
"This is going to be a very active primary," he told Bob Schieffer when asked about Sanford's run. "The citizens of the 1st District will have an opportunity to have their voice heard through the vote and then two weeks later there will obviously be a runoff because with that many candidates we'll have a lot to say grace over."
Mark Sanford knows the 1st District well. Elected to the seat in 1994, he served three terms before voters elected him governor in 2002 and again in 2006. Jenny Sanford managed his first campaign and was a close adviser for most of his career.
For some, Sanford's fiscal record, not the affair, is what's important. Sanford is known as a libertarian-leaning ideologue who railed against spending and bucked Republican Party leaders before anyone even coined the tea party movement.
"Mark Sanford is a reliable fiscal conservative so I, like many conservatives, would be delighted to see him in the race," said Joanne Jones, vice chairman of the Charleston Tea Party, though she noted she'll wait to see the entire field before throwing her support behind a candidate.
The trim, stubborn governor attracted wide interest in spring 2009, when he opposed using Obama administration stimulus money in South Carolina. Sanford said it was irresponsible spending the nation could not afford.
His own party fought him on the issue for months. The governor even sued his own attorney general to block the cash from being used in struggling schools. In the end, Sanford lost, but not before he had burnished his conservative credentials and captured considerable national attention.
Just a couple months later, he acknowledged the affair. Soon after, Jenny left the governor's official residence in Columbia with their four sons and moved into the family's coastal home. Their divorce, which he did not oppose when she filed for it in December 2012, was finalized three months later.
Name recognition and money would be two things he could bring to the race ? both especially important due to the short campaign season and wide-open field. Sanford has $1.2 million left in his state campaign coffers.
Still, the question remains whether voters are ready to welcome Sanford back.
"It's absolutely absurd. He just has so much baggage. He was such an embarrassment to the state, we don't need that," said Gloria Day, a retired attorney in Charleston.
He avoided impeachment but was censured by the Legislature for bringing "ridicule, dishonor, disgrace and shame" to himself and the state. He also had to pay more than $70,000 in ethics fines ? still the largest in state history ? after AP investigations raised questions about his use of state, private and commercial aircraft.
Scott will be sworn in Jan. 3 to replace DeMint, who announced his resignation earlier this month to lead The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. Scott, who would have to seek election in 2014, will become the state's first black U.S. senator and the first black Republican U.S. senator from the South since Reconstruction.
Candidates for Scott's seat must file by the end of January. Primaries will be held in March, with the general election in May.
John Dietz of Daniel Island said the affair wouldn't affect his vote.
"He said he found his soul mate, and at one point in my life that's exactly how I felt. I empathized," said Dietz, a retiree who characterizes himself as a moderate.
Dietz said he was disappointed that Sanford could not work with his fellow Republicans in the Legislature.
"I did not necessarily agree with a lot of things he did politically," he said. "I'm very much neutral at this point."
Retired Presbyterian minister Dick Giffen of Mount Pleasant said he wouldn't support Sanford, but added that it was unrelated to the affair.
"He wasn't able to bring people together and get action done," Giffen said. "He didn't produce anything. ... I really wasn't impressed with him."

When children have food allergies, their parents have to constantly watch out for allergens and be prepared for a possible reaction.
Another concern, and one that is often overlooked, is bullying. A new study, published online in the journal Pediatrics on Monday, found that more than 30 percent of children have been harassed by their classmates because of their allergies, and that parents are only aware of it about half of the time.
"It's very easy to intimidate a food-allergic child," said study author Dr. Eyal Shemesh, chief of the division of behavioral and developmental health in the Department of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. "It doesn't take more than waving a peanut in front of them."
Shemesh and his colleagues surveyed 251 families recruited at a food allergy clinic. Overall, 45 percent of the children and teens -- who were between the ages of 8 and 17 -- said they'd been bullied, and 31.5 percent said it was because of their food allergy. The bullying was most likely to happen while they were in school and included others teasing them, waving food in their face, throwing food at them, or forcing them to touch the food that triggers their allergies.
The more frequent the bullying, the worse the child's quality of life, the study found. But just one instance of bullying took a toll on kids' happiness, according to self-reports.
The study also showed there is a significant gap in how much parents know about bullying -- they only knew about 50 percent of the cases of harassment. When moms and dads did know about the bullying, their children reported a higher quality of life, which suggests that parents can help, Shemesh said.
"Parents should ask, not in an alarming way, something like, 'Do people bother you at school or anywhere? Do people bother you about the allergy?'" he said. Doctors, whether they are pediatricians or allergy specialists, should also be aware of possible food-related bullying and speak up.
"Clinicians should not be intimidated or think that children will not talk to them about it," Shemesh said. "This study shows they will."
Nearly six million children, or 8 percent of kids in the U.S., have food allergies. A 2008 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study reported an 18 percent increase in food allergies in the U.S. in the last decade for reasons that continue baffle scientists. Allergic reactions can be very serious: A 2011 study found that every three minutes, a food allergy reaction lands someone in the emergency room.
"Living with a food allergy is emotionally stressful, since the only way to prevent a potentially life-threatening reaction is to be vigilant about avoiding problem foods," said John Lehr, CEO of the Food Allergy Research and Education organization. "When children with food allergies are bullied by being exposed or taunted with a food they are allergic to, it heightens anxiety and creates a sense of isolation."

I?m trying to find some professional native English speaking US writers, or at least one writer who will work for a reasonable price writing articles as back links.
I could take a look on the Warrior Forum, or in the Linked In group for freelance writers, but I already did that, and some of those guys were asking for a bit too much for my budget requirements.
I need someone who can write original, high quality, 400 word articles on any subject, for example, my first SEO campaign which is still going, the site is selling skin whitening cream.
It?s a matter of saying the same things over and over again, in a different way, so that the content is completely unique, and then I arrange the articles on different sites in a link pyramid.
I?m looking for a US writer who can make accounts on, or has already joined eHow, The Guardian, The Examiner, and other US only article writing sites, as I can?t join those sites myself, as I?m in Australia.
That would in particular be of high value to me, somebody who had access to sites that I could not publish on, as it?s good for SEO to have back links from all over the place, particularly from high authority sites like eHow.
In terms of payment, I can pay about ten dollars an article for something like that, an original, high quality informative article published on eHow, (or an equivalent site), with a title that had some exact match search volume, and a do follow link to the site I wanted the link to from relevant link text.
I might even go as high as fifteen dollars an article, if the job was done really well, with a good understanding of SEO and an article that encouraged click throughs to the site to buy the product.
In order to rank a site these days, you need high quality, original, well written content, and there?s no point in just having it look well written to Google, it has to read well to the readers, and encourage sales.
I will want these articles to be ranking on Google for phrases with a decent amount of search volume, and basically, if it doesn?t do the job of ranking, making the target site rank, and making daily sales, then I can?t continue to offer money for the writing.
I have to make a return on investment, which is getting harder to do these days with all the algorithm updates on Google. I need someone who understands what Panda and Penguin actually mean, and if you are a professional writer, you should know what I?m talking about.
If you write articles that lead to sites ranking that then brings money back in, then that money can be put back into paying you more money to write more articles, if that makes sense. I?m personally making thirty dollars a day online so far, so it won?t be a huge workload to start with, unless I get another client who wants $300 worth of SEO in a month.
I expect that will happen, as I?m talking to three or four people about their sites every day, so I?m writing this article to find the people I will need to do the things I?m going to do in the future, which will require professional English speaking writers from the US, who work for a reasonable price. Does that make sense?
Send me an email if you?re interested in getting paid to write, but only if you are a US citizen, native English speaking writer who is prepared to work for about ten to fifteen US dollars an hour, if you can write fast.
My email is in the sidebar, send me some samples of your work, and if I like them, I?ll ask you to write something for me. I pay direct to your Pay Pal account.

Acronis Backup & Recovery stores and recovers drives, partitions, folders, and files in more different ways than any other software I've ever seen, and, if you're willing to learn to navigate its complex menus and obscure options, you may never want anything else. I'm deeply impressed by its corporate-level power and versatility, by its ability to back up and restore anything from individual files to images of whole drives, and to back up to any imaginable location. I'm less impressed by its interface and ease of use, but its power and range are enough to make it our Editors' Choice for local backup software. That doesn't mean it's perfect, and you'll find plenty of complaints about it in the rest of this review, but it's the one backup app that has all the features needed for today's hardware and software, and, as a bonus, it has a distinct speed advantage over its rivals.
Installation and Getting Started
You'll get an idea of Acronis's range of features when you watch it being installed, and adding command-line tools and background services together with the main application and an emergency-disk builder utility. And you get an idea of the technical savvy that went into the program when you find that, unlike most other backup apps, Acronis doesn't require you to reboot after installing. When you first start up the app, it prompts you to create emergency boot media, a process that presents you with many expert-level options to choose among, including the options to create 64-bit media with up-to-date UEFI boot-loader support or traditional 32-bit media for widest compatibility with older systems. The Backup & Recovery app itself has a spacious clean-looking interface, but I found that the clean look tended to mask the often confusing details behind it.
Backing Up
Like Paragon Backup & Recovery, Acronis supports backups on local disks, network locations, FTP and SFT servers, but Acronis, unlike Paragon, also offers its own proprietary online backup service. The online service offers a 60-day free trial so you can test whether you like it before paying for it. I thought I had enough experience with online services to set up an online backup to Acronis's service without reading the downloadable manual for the service, but after two or three failed attempts to setup an online backup job, I gave in and downloaded the manual, as Acronis had recommended, and I think you should too, because Acronis's interface doesn't make things easy.
Instead of managing the whole process by following links from a single dialog box with a clear workflow to follow, I had to go to one dialog where I created an online "Vault" and then navigate to a different dialog where I could, after some effort, set up that Vault as a destination for a backup job. It would have made more sense to let me create a Vault as part of the same process of creating a backup job, but that wasn't an option. Fortunately, it's much simpler to create a backup job that saves the backup to a local or network disk?you specify the backup location from the same menu where you set up all the other details of the job.
When selecting partitions or folders that I wanted to back up, I had to work my way through menus that were sometimes less informative than they could have been. For example, my desktop machine uses an SSD for its boot drive, a traditional disk for data partitions, and a USB 3.0-attached disk for local backups, but Acronis's main "What to backup" menu listed them only as Disk 1, Disk 2, Disk 3, without even showing their manufacturer or part number so that I could guess which was which. Worse, if I wanted to see what was on each disk, I couldn't simply click on the disk name. Instead, I had to click a separate "Items to back up?" item that opened a two-pane tree-structured list of partitions, folders, and files on each.
This tree-structured list of partitions, folders, and files caused some problems of its own. For example, if I wanted to select individual files to back up or restore within a folder, I couldn't simply click the folder name in the right pane of the two-pane interface. I had to find the same folder in the left pane and click on it there before the right-pane would show a list of files. I know that other apps use a similar interface, but Windows Explorer doesn't force you to switch between panes when you want to view the contents of a folder.

(At the end of the year, I?m sharing the most read posts.)
As with most pastors, I?ve performed a fair number of weddings. Part of being in ministry is helping couples enter the most important of relationships?marriage. It?s a daunting task and responsibility. Prior to a wedding, however, a minister has access to speak into a couple?s life in a way unique to any other time in their life.
I feel it?s important to help couples, as much as I can, be prepared for marriage. With time always at a premium, I frequently suggest couples walk through the book ?Preparing for Marriage?. I?ve found it a helpful tool in thinking through many of the issues a marriage will encounter. I also try to make sure, as a minimum, the couple understands a few key principles prior to their wedding day.
You are different ? Opposites do tend to attract. Each spouse is not only differently physically, but there are differences in backgrounds, outlook on life and the way to approach a situation. This is not intended as a curse against marriage. God designed those differences for a reason. The more a couple learns to celebrate those differences, the stronger a marriage will become. (I address this issue in previous posts HERE and HERE.)
Leave and cleave ? Don?t let either set of in-laws dictate how you lead your new family. Decide in advance that no one, related or otherwise, is going to be a wedge between you two. Every couple has lots of other relationships, including perhaps children someday, but none of them should be allowed to interfere with the oneness God intends to create with the marriage. (I address these interferences more in THIS POST.)
Expect surprises ? Life won?t always be as blissful as it is today. There will be hard days, whether self-induced or life-induced. Life brings changes and those times have the ability to catch even the best marriages off guard if not prepared for them. We can never be fully prepared for what might come, but we can prepare ourselves that when something comes, whatever it is and no matter how hard it is, that we will handle it . Couples should use these times to improve the strength of their marriage rather than allow them to pull the marriage apart. (I talk about this issue in a post on keeping the marriage fun. Find it HERE.)
Make a commitment to the marriage no matter what ? Couples usually assume they are doing this by standing at the altar together, but statistics would say otherwise. Many times these days a person is saying ?I?m committed until it becomes difficult or until the love we have today fades.? That?s not the Biblical picture of marriage God designed. Marriage is more than simply a feeling of love, it is a commitment to love?for better or worse?from this day forward. Verbalizing and agreeing to that on the front end, and continuing to remind yourself of that through the difficult days, will help the marriage last. Couples who should ask for help soon, not letting problems in the marriage linger too long without asking for help. Remove the fear of asking for professional counseling if necessary. It would be better to get help early than to see the marriage disintegrate beyond repair. (I preached a message on the commitment of marriage HERE.)
Model after the right couples ? I encourage couples to find a couple whose marriage they admire and follow them closely. Most likely they have some stories to share. Things may not have been as wonderful throughout their marriage as they are today. No doubt they have learned some practices to having a strong marriage. I challenge couples to learn all they can from the couple they want to be like. (I did a post about this issue HERE.)
Evaluate often ? Couples should ask ?themselves often, are we growing together as a couple or further apart? Is the marriage growing stronger or are there holes that need addressing? Don?t assume your spouse feels as you do. (I?ve learned this is especially true for men who often don?t know there is a problem until it?s a big problem.) Establish the understanding early in the relationship that you have the right to periodically check on the state of your marriage. (Read a post about questions to assess the health of a marriage HERE.)
Put Christ first ? This is the one most couples expect the pastor to say, but it?s not just the preacher answer, it?s the best secret to a lasting marriage. ?A chord of three strands is not easily broken.? A couple?s individual and collective relationship with Christ will ensure they can endure the hardest days of a marriage. When the relationship with Christ suffers, the marriage will often suffer. Satan looks for any excuse to destroy the marriage. Pour your heart and life into Christ and let Him strengthen and sustain your marriage. (I preached on Christ?s standard for marriage HERE.)
That?s my list. I?m not sure they apply simply to premarital couples. These are good principles for couples regardless of how long they have been married.
Just so you know, I have, at times, simply shared with them this list. Sometimes I weave them into the discussion. Regardless of how you choose to do it, make sure you are strategic in helping couples begin their married life together.
Pastors, how do you do premarital counseling? What would you add to my list?
